Rabbi Uri Regev looks back on some of the highlights and progress made in the efforts for freedom of religion and equality in Israel. Some of the most memorable successes were the creation of a government coalition without ultra-Orthodox parties, the great amounts of attention dedicated to religion and state issues on the Knesset agenda, the launching of the Freedom of Marriage World Map, and most recently, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's address to the Union for Reform Judaism's Biennial convention.
