While the Prime Minister and the Minister of Finance promised that the coalition funds would be directed to the needs of the war and the population affected by the massacre and the mass evacuation in the north and south, the ultra-Orthodox blackmail did its work and billions were approved for both the 2023 budget year and the 2024 budget year, for objectives that harm the country instead of strengthening it, in particular

Ultra-Orthodox education, contrary to its commitment, does not actually teach core curricular studies to boys

the expansion of ultra-Orthodox education that does not teach core curricular studies, as well as funding for religious indoctrination of the secular public through no less than 5 government ministries!

This is completely contrary to the wishes of the public and indicates that the interests of the country and Israeli society are not a priority as far as the politicians are concerned, but rather reflect the preservation of their own positions and

interests. These include, in particular, yeshivas and ultra-Orthodox schools for boys. Just recently it was announced that they do not participate in universal equivalency exams (such as PISA exams). They have concealed the fraud that has been going on for years in ultra-orthodox education, which, contrary to its commitment, does not actually teach core curricular studies to boys. All this takes place under the nose of the Ministry of Education.
